Return Policy
- Timeframe: 30 days from delivery date
- Condition: Items must be unworn and in original packaging
- Tags: All tags must be attached
- Hygiene: Earrings must not have been worn due to hygiene reasons
How to Return
- Contact us: Email [email protected] with your order number and reason for return
- Receive label: We'll send you a prepaid return label (for orders over €50) or provide return instructions
- Package items: Place items in original packaging with all tags attached
- Ship: Drop off at any post office or schedule a pickup
- Refund: Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days
Exchanges
Want a different size or style? We offer free exchanges on all orders. Simply follow the return process above and note that you'd like an exchange. We'll ship your new item once we receive the original.
Refund Information
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
- Return shipping is free for orders over €50
- For orders under €50, a €5 return shipping fee applies
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Items worn or damaged after delivery
- Items without original tags or packaging
- Gift cards
- Sale items marked as final sale
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos. We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.
